Lawyers need to try to obtain the truth rather than their clients "theory" of what occured.

They could eliminate corruptin in the system. They could also pick a more diverse jury. For example, to not pick an all white jury when the accused person is of African American desent, in a Southern state known for not liking African Americans.

If they were to ensure that they need to make sure they see what could happen if they did. Some ways may be a good way but some may be the better way. They should work on changing what they already have then adding more rules.
