Criminal Justice Documentaries at Sundance 2005
Just back from Sundance a few hours ago. I'm exhausted of course, but had an amazing time. There were two documentary films that stood out for me...Shakespeare Behind Bars and After Innocence. Both films received great reviews and After Innocence won a Special Jury Prize. I'm inspired by the festival's committment to documentaries focusing on the criminal justice system. I'm going to write something more about this later...too tired to do justice to the topic.
More to come soon.

Katherine is so tired because her short film, Small Town Secrets, won an Honorable Mention at Sundance!!! She is too modest to say so herself so I'm saying it for her!
